You will be joining a busy team dealing with a wide range of matters and will be working in a friendly, professional department. Your day-to-day caseload as an NQ Solicitor will involve working on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients.
