  • Simmons & Simmons has appointed Tomoko Ikawa as a transfer pricing partner (non-lawyer) in the corporate tax group based in the London office.
  • Simon Gwynne has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a banking partner in its UK rail team in London.
  • Kennedys has hired a 12-strong insurance coverage and disputes team. Joining the firm’s London office from Norton Rose Fulbright, are three partners, Patrick Foss, Chris Zavos and Jo Ward
  • Gateley Plc has made a number of promotions across the firm. Charles Jones, from human capital consultants, Kiddy & Partners (acquired by Gateley in 2018), has been promoted to partner and Helen Baker and Carina Derrick have both been promoted to principal consultants.
