Senior Legal Counsel - Technology & Commercial Crewe | 4 or 5 days | Fully office based We are partnering with a high-growth international business which is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its established in-house legal team. This is a commercially focused role supporting a fast-moving technology-led division, advising senior stakeholders on a broad range of legal and strategic matters. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders across multiple jurisdictions and play a key role in enabling continued growth. Key responsibilities will include: Advising the business on a wide range of commercial and strategic legal matters Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements Partnering with senior leadership to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice Supporting risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel where required Contributing to legal process improvement and wider business projects Applicants should be: UK qualified with approximately 8+ years' PQE Experienced in commercial law, ideally with some in-house exposure Confident operating autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment The business offers a collaborative and supportive culture, high levels of visibility within the organisation, and the opportunity to work on varied and intellectually engaging matters within a growth-focused environment.
