IN-house Legal Counsel Fully Remote In-house Opportunity I'm working with an established international business to recruit a Legal Counsel to join its established legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to develop their in-house career within a commercially focused, international business operating across the automotive and insurance sectors. The role is fully remote, so applications are welcome from lawyers based anywhere in the UK. The Opportunity You'll provide practical, commercially focused legal support to the business, initially with a particular focus on the UK automotive market and its extended warranty, insurance and service contract products. The business operates a B2B2C distribution model, working with partners to bring insurance and service contract products to market. You'll play an important role in supporting these arrangements, advising on the legal and regulatory considerations and helping the business develop and expand its product offering. You'll also have exposure to wider European markets, working alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and partnering with teams across Sales, Operations, Compliance, Product, Privacy and Supply Chain. This is a varied, business-facing role offering the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, develop your commercial legal skills and gain valuable experience within a specialist and evolving sector. About You - Qualified solicitor with experience advising on commercial contracts and general business-facing legal matters, gained either in private practice, in-house or a combination of both. - Experience within the automotive, insurance, extended warranty or service contract sectors - Exposure to B2B2C distribution models.
