· Managing employment, personal injury and Legal Plus services, alongside relationships with external legal partners.
· Advising on legal policy, employment relations and the Union's wider legal obligations.
· Improving systems, managing resources and balancing competing priorities.
You
You'll be a senior solicitor or barrister with substantial employment law experience, including complex employment and industrial matters, alongside proven people management and leadership skills. Experience gained in personal injury would be useful but isn't essential.
