Senior Legal Counsel - Well known brand

I'm working with one of the UK's leading retailers / brands to find a senior counsel to join their established, friendly team. The work will be high profile in nature and the team take a commercial and innovative approach to their advice. You'll work closely with their Heads of Legal,the Company Secretary and other senior stakeholders in the Executive Team and wider business. - Providing general commercial advice on a range of projects and agreements; - Leading on IT matters for the group; - Advising on brand protection and disputes; - Working closely with the DPO. The role would be best suited to a commercial lawyer with at least 4 years PQE, ideally you will have in-house experience or have worked on secondment in-house but applications from senior associates with extensive IT experience are welcomed.
