Senior / Legal Counsel

Are you a lawyer from a non-commercial contracts background who would like to make a move in-house? I'm looking for commercial litigators, corporate , restructuring and banking lawyers (or any other relevant commecial discipline) with at least 3 years PQE, for a varied in-house opportunity with a global multi-sector business based in Cheshire. Reporting to the Head of Legal, and as part of a team of 4 lawyers, you will: - Work closely on new product development and roll out; - Understand and advise on legal and regulatory risk; - Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer terms, supplier contracts, and reseller agreements; - Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business; and - Manage and oversee litigation matters collaborating with external counsel where needed. This is a role for a real start-starter, you'll be leading legal advice on emerging markets and so you'll need to build relationships and guide stakeholders through new territory.
