A top-tier UK law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join its highly regarded team as a Senior Associate in London.

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Property Litigation practice. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will take on a strategic and client-facing role, with a clear path to further progression.
The team's work is varied, high-value, and intellectually engaging, spanning the full range of commercial real estate disputes. You will be advising blue-chip clients, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants on complex matters involving landlord and tenant issues, development-related disputes, rights of light, forfeiture, dilapidations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property disputes with minimal supervision
- Deliver technically strong legal advice aligned with clients' commercial objectives
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, referrers, and intermediaries
- Support the Head of Department in delivering on the firm's strategic growth and business development goals
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team
- Actively participate in business development, marketing initiatives, and client pitches
- Play a visible role in the firm's thought leadership within the property litigation market
Candidate Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in property litigation
- Strong track record of handling complex commercial property disputes
- Excellent technical knowledge combined with commercial awareness
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- A proactive approach to business development and networking
- Experience supervising junior lawyers is desirable
