What your day-to-day will look like * Conducting thorough and comprehensive legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy * Drafting reasoned and well-crafted legal documents such as memos, contracts, and correspondence. * Assist and manage a range of complex transactions from inception to closing including preparing for trials, negotiations, and settlements * Building strong client relationships and provide support and advice on a regular basis * Working closely with other legal professionals to develop cutting-edge transaction strategies About you You will have: * 1 - 3 years' experience in a relevant corporate, energy or infrastructure related transactions role. * Be admitted to the state bar of your desired office location * Knowledge on tax equity financings, structured financings, and complex investment arrangements is highly advantageous * Experience with Project finance and development, M&A, and joint venture transactions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. * Sound business judgement and a commercial mindset. * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
