The role Working as part of a leading employment team, this is a rare opportunity to develop your career advising a strong and loyal client base of UK-wide employers on the full spectrum of employment law matters. This role will be part of a close-knit team of expert employment solicitors, working primarily with HR departments and senior leaders across a range of established UK-based organisations. The work is stimulating and varied, with a strong emphasis on strategic advisory support and complex contentious matters. Key areas of focus will include: - High-value employment disputes and tribunal litigation - Executive terminations and severance negotiations - Industrial relations and collective labour issues - Discrimination and whistleblowing claims - Enforcement of restrictive covenants - Employment-related High Court proceedings - Strategic advice on internal investigations, redundancies, TUPE, and workforce restructures This is an opportunity to form trusted partnerships with clients-delivering responsive, pragmatic, and commercially sound advice.
