This is an excellent opportunity for a 5+ PQE Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a genuinely supportive, ambitious, and commercially focused environment. The team is recognised for delivering pragmatic, strategic employment law advice to a broad client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger national organisations. You will join an highly respected and collaborative Employment team handling a high-quality mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers genuine client contact, early responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced senior lawyers recognised within the legal directories. This role would suit a commercially minded Employment Solicitor who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering practical, solutions-focused advice. Applications are encouraged from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5+ years' PQE gained within a recognised employment team. Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
