Employment Lawyer - Legal Director

Employment Legal Director - National Law firm - Bristol Our national law firm client are currently recruiting for two employment lawyers, both up to Legal Director level. One of the positions has a health sector focus and the other is working with the firm's commercial services clients which includes big corporates and retailers through to clients in the housing and education sectors. The firm's Employment Healthcare practice is a market leader in health and social care as well as the local government sectors and the team continues to grow its profile and client base in sectors such as insurance and finance, commercial, higher education and housing. The Employment team primarily acts for employers, including national and multi-national organisations, supporting them to improve their employment practices and manage workforce issues, as well as defending employment litigation and seeking to mitigate risks for clients. Building relationships, both externally with clients and across the firms' internal teams, is key in this role. The firm is highly flexible and allows employees to determine how they want to structure their working week with no set office days.
