This is a great opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, dealing with a wide range of Disputes. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work, arising from a passing, such as: · Claims about the validity of wills; · Claims for financial provision from an estate from disappointed beneficiaries; · Executor and beneficiary disputes; · Trust disputes, including removal of Trustee applications · Disputes arising from Powers of Attorney · Professional negligence claims arising from will drafting, or the administration of the estate. You will be joining a supportive, inclusive firm.
