Real Estate Disputes Lawyer - NQ - 5PQE - Hampshire/Surrey Our law firm client are looking to recruit an ambitious real estate litigation lawyer to join their growing real estate disputes team in either it's Hampshire or Surrey offices. This firm's specialist real estate disputes team have received recognition in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for the quality of services they provide their clients. The team works with a wide variety of clients across different sectors, from commercial landlords and developers to private individuals and landowners. They are experts in resolving complex and high-value disputes relating to property and the use of land, working closely with other teams across the firm in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients. You will manage your own caseload of mixed commercial and residential property dispute matters, with plenty of scope to support the Partners and Senior Associates on the more complex, higher-value, and protracted matters handled by the department.
