The firm's practice is one of the largest nationally and is expanding. They have an enviable client list, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including telecoms, retail, energy and central and local government and transport and infrastructure. You will play an important role in helping the team grow, assisting in a wide range of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes. The team is extremely busy so you'll be able to get stuck into great quality client work from the get go.
