The Top Tier Oxford Trusts, Estates and Tax Team is jointly led by Partners, who are both listed in Chambers (HNW) and Legal 500. The team cover a range of matters for high and ultra-high net worth clients and we have specialists in all areas of trusts, estates and tax with members of the team advising clients with international, agricultural, literary, business and other assets. Directors and Partners all specialise in particular areas, including acting as independent administrators in high net worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering cross-border estates and advising agricultural clients.
