Real Estate Litigation Associate | NQ-4 PQE | Birmingham A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 PQE solicitor to join a market-leading practice, working on a broad range of high-quality property disputes for an impressive client base. Flexible hybrid working is available. The Role: Advise on a broad range of real estate disputes, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters. Work with high-profile clients across the retail, leisure, development, investment and public sectors. Gain exposure to matters including break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, possession claims, rent recovery, service charges, restrictive covenants and land registration issues. Prepare case documentation, undertake legal research and liaise with clients, counsel and other professionals. Take responsibility for elements of your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support. Contribute to business development, team initiatives and knowledge sharing. Candidate Requirements: Qualified solicitor with NQ-4 years PQE in real estate/property litigation. Ideally some experience of landlord and tenant disputes. Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills. Commercially aware with a practical and client-focused approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. A genuine interest in developing a career within a leading real estate litigation practice.
