A leading personal injury specialist (headquartered in England) approached BCL Legal with an ongoing requirement to develop and scale up their Scottish pursuer practice across both Edinburgh and Glasgow. This included consulting and advising on the Scottish legal market, along with benchmarking a number of roles from NQ Solicitors to Associates, as well as securing a number of key hires for the firms newly opened Glasgow office.

The firm required several hires across their Glasgow and Edinburgh offices- including several strategic hires such as a Deputy Head of Legal and Operations Manager- qualified solicitors, experienced fee earners and paralegals. The roles needed to be filled in a timely manner in order to keep pace with the firm’s comprehensive growth and office expansion plans.
