Over the last two years, ACS has had interesting and complex roles within the Commercial, Corporate Litigation and Property teams and approached BCL Legal to help.

Solution

BCL Legal worked closely with ACS HR contacts and recruiting partners to gain an in-depth understanding of the firm's purpose and values. This was pivotal to the recruitment process due to the niche nature of the job roles, and the importance of shortlisting lawyers who share the firm’s vision.

In addition, the insight allowed us to talk to suitable lawyers with confidence (about the firm), which made obvious the lawyer candidates whose skills and outlook matched the profiles needed by the firm.
